Refund Policy

Vault songs are digital and pay what you want. All sales are final once access is delivered, because the content is unlocked immediately.

Exceptions: if you were charged twice, or if you can't access your purchase and we can't fix it, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you.

• Return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Original shipping is non-refundable, and you pay return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.
• Defective or wrong item? Email within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping.
• Limited and early-access items can be returned under the same terms unless marked "final sale".

Email blakewisnerproductions@gmail.com with your order email and details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Toplining services are quoted individually, and their terms are agreed per project.
