blakewisner.com is operated by Blake Wisner, Los Angeles, California, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms. Use it lawfully and don't interfere with it, try to access areas you aren't authorized to, or scrape or misuse its content.

Some features use an account accessed by a one-time "magic link" sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can open the link can access your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

The Vault offers unreleased songs on a pay-what-you-want basis with a $2 minimum. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream the song, and to download it only when a drop allows downloads. You do not acquire ownership of the recording or composition.

You may not:

• redistribute, share, sell or re-upload Vault content anywhere;
• sample, remix or otherwise use it in other works;
• publicly perform or broadcast it.

Some merch and releases are offered in limited quantities or during early-access windows. Access codes are personal and may not be shared or resold. Items are available first come, first served while supplies last, and we may cancel orders placed with shared or misused codes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

If you opt in, your name may appear on a public supporter wall. It's never shown without your choice. We may remove or decline to show any name at our discretion, for example if it's offensive or impersonates someone.

All music, recordings, artwork, photos, videos, text and branding on this site belong to Blake Wisner or his licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing here grants you rights beyond those stated in these terms.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blake Wisner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
